Challenge

Pizza Hut needed franchisees to understand and adopt a new pricing platform developed by Deloitte as part of a national rollout.

Working with Pizza Hut and Deloitte, I helped design an experience that moved beyond awareness and toward action. Rather than simply presenting the platform, we created opportunities for franchisees to explore the tool, meet directly with Deloitte representatives, and begin the adoption process during the conference itself.
