As part of Yum! Brands’ digital transformation, Taco Bell needed to rally teams around new tools and operational processes. We built Taco Bell University School of Digital, a live training event themed as a university, turning operational learning into an immersive brand experience.

My role:

  • Partnered with Ops leadership to design the event format and instructional flow.
  • Scripted content across intros, transitions, and leadership messaging.
  • Directed the creative tone to connect digital adoption with brand purpose and frontline execution.

The impact:

  • Boosted team alignment around digital transformation initiatives.
  • Increased confidence and adoption of new tools by grounding training in storytelling and brand identity.
  • Modeled how operational change can be reframed as a cultural and creative experience.
