As part of Yum! Brands’ push to modernize operations, Taco Bell needed to rally teams around new digital tools. We built a live training event themed as Digital University, transforming operational learning into an immersive, brand-led experience. Sessions, signage, and leadership “professors” built a practical link between tech goals and store execution.
My role:
I led creative strategy and content from concept to execution:
- Designed experience format and instructional flow with Ops leadership
- Scripted intros, transitions, and key messaging
- Set the tone to drive adoption and unify frontline and HQ voices
The impact:
Helped teams understand the “why” behind digital change and built confidence in using new tools
