Challenge

As digital ordering, delivery, and third-party platforms became increasingly important to the business, Taco Bell needed a way to help franchisees understand the operational and financial implications of a rapidly changing landscape.

I helped develop Taco Bell’s School of Digital, a university-themed learning experience that translated complex technology initiatives into practical, role-specific applications. Working closely with Taco Bell leaders and DoorDash, we created a structured learning journey connecting strategy, operations, and future growth.
