Pizza Hut needed a more engaging, consistent way to align franchisees with HQ priorities. We developed Hut Takes, a recurring internal video series that transformed leadership updates into compelling storytelling.

My role:

  • Conceived the series concept, editorial structure, and naming.
  • Scripted and supervised production across field shoots and studio content.
  • Directed post-production and messaging alignment with executive leadership.
  • Built the platform for scalability, ensuring it could evolve with brand priorities.

The impact:

  • Adoption surged to 90%+, with executives citing it as “the best franchisee comms ever.”
  • Strengthened corporate–franchisee trust, especially during strategic initiatives like late-night expansion.
  • Established a new internal storytelling platform that became a model for ongoing brand–stakeholder communication.
