Pizza Hut Iconic Check Campaign

Pizza Hut launched a national ops initiative to boost accuracy and consistency, and needed a creative hook.

My role:
I led creative for the campaign launch video and internal rollout:

  • Developed the concept and messaging approach
  • Wrote the script and directed post-production
  • Shaped tone and storytelling to resonate and reinforce brand standards

At the center was the ICONIC CHECK, a new quality control step printed on receipts, rolled out system-wide.

The impact:

Turned a simple ops step into a nationwide brand touchpoint. Even Reddit took notice, asking, “What is an ICONIC CHECK?”
